Anyone who has given plain language a chance will know that there is no turning back. It has all been possible thanks to the commitment of the “Simpler” project team, whose members are genuinely passionate about cleansing our corporate language of all complex and convoluted elements. Today, we can boast a new, simplified comprehensive consumer contract, complete with the annexed General Terms of Service (GTS), as well as special offer terms and conditions (e.g. for billing based on actual consumption) and applications (e.g. for the refund of overpaid amounts). It is the first such change in the power industry.
